What You Will Do

As a Maintenance Operator 1 found via Government Jobz, you will perform essential manual work to keep the community safe. Key responsibilities include:

• Installing and maintaining street signs, posts, and lane line striping.
• Curb painting, pavement markings, and legend installation.
• Setting up traffic control for work zones, special events, and emergency closures.

• Using specialized tools like post-hole diggers, propane torches, and power tools.

Minimum Qualifications

• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions and follow technical plans.
