The City of Northglenn is hiring organized individuals to manage daily operations at the Webster Lake boat house. This is a prime choice for those seeking usa jobs in a beautiful outdoor setting. This position reports directly to the Recreation Coordinator.

• Manage pedal boat rentals using a point-of-sale (POS) system.
• Ensure guest safety by enforcing lake rules and regulations.
• Perform cash handling, daily drawer balancing, and cash bag drops.
• Execute boat house opening/closing procedures, including securing boats.
• Maintain cleanliness of the boat house, dock area, and equipment.

Work Schedule & Requirements

This role offers approximately 17-25 hours per week (Monday – Sunday) between 9:45 a.m. and 8:15 p.m. Candidates must be available from May 20th through August 9th, with potential weekend work through September 7th.

• Mandatory Training: Evenings of May 20 and 21.
• Holiday Work: Must work July 4th.
• Meetings: Attendance required on June 19, July 13, and August 7.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old at the time of hire.
• Public customer service and cash handling experience is highly preferred.
• Basic computer literacy is desired.
• Ability to work outdoors, climb under boat docks, and move between boats.
• Must be flexible and able to solve problems in a changing environment.
