Trinity County Health and Human Services is seeking a Social Service Aide. This paraprofessional role supports Social Workers by handling routine tasks, performing client assessments for In-Home Support Services, and assisting with family functioning improvements. Essential Duties

• Conduct needs assessments for elderly or incapacitated adults.
• Train parents in household management, budgeting, and nutrition.
• Supervise visits between parents and children and report observations.

• Act as a liaison between clients and community resources (legal, medical, employment).

Minimum Qualifications
