Salary: $115,585.60 – $165,256.00 Annually
Job Overview
The Supervising HR Business Partner assists in managing the Employee Relations Division. Key responsibilities include:
- Providing strategic oversight for human resources compliance and performance management.
- Supervising, training, and evaluating professional HR staff.
- Handling complex disciplinary actions, grievances, and labor contract (MOU) interpretations.
- Representing management in disciplinary hearings and before the Civil Service Commission.
- Conducting research, legislative analysis, and budget recommendations.

Minimum Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in HR Management, Industrial Relations, Public Administration, or a related field.
- Experience (Public Sector): 30 months of advanced professional HR experience in employee/labor relations.
- Experience (Private Sector): 36 months of similar experience in a large organization (500+ employees).
- Recency: At least one year of qualifying experience must be within the last five years.
- Legal: Must be authorized to work in the US (no sponsorship available).
