Role & Responsibilities
As a Vocational Rehabilitation Specialist IV, you will operate as a senior specialist managing complex casework. Your primary goal is to help individuals with disabilities prepare for, secure, and retain competitive employment. You will perform major casework functions independently, ensuring that the most significantly disabled individuals receive the guidance and training needed for success.
Minimum Qualification Requirements
To be considered for this role through Government Jobz, you must meet these strict criteria:
1. Mandatory Certification
You must possess a current Certified Rehabilitation Counselor (CRC) certification from the CRCC. A copy of this certificate is required at the time of application.
2. Specialized Experience
At least one (1) year of professional experience in:
- Vocational rehabilitation counseling or training.
- Vocational guidance within schools for persons with disabilities.
- Program development in educational or government settings.
- Personnel placement specifically tailored for individuals with disabilities.
