Stock salad bars and kitchen refrigerators with required fresh supplies. Use electrical and manual kitchen appliances to peel, slice, clean, and trim foodstuffs. Wash, peel, and chop fresh vegetables and fruits daily. Clean and sanitize work surfaces, cupboards, storage spaces, appliances, and kitchen equipment. Manage, use, and store kitchen cleaning chemical products safely. Receive, unpack, and arrange incoming food supplies in freezers, fridges, and pantries. Remove daily kitchen garbage, empty trash bins, and sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors.
